We've developed a residential home project in a plot of land with a gentle slope, surrounded by a mature pine forest located near Vilnius.

The house is planned to be located near the center of the plot, allowing us to take advantage of the terrain by locating the technical rooms in the lower ground floor. This approach preserves the mature trees in the plot, creates a smaller visual footprint, and divides the plot into two distinct zones: a smaller courtyard and entrance area in the western part and a larger private courtyard in the eastern part.

The main accent of the house is a cantilevered volume on the first floor, which echoes the slope of the land and creates a roofed space for cars on the lower level. The first floor is divided into two distinct areas: a private area with bedrooms and a more active, social area with a living room.

The surrounding natural environment dictates the choice of facade expression: calm and natural - a modern minimalist expression using charred wood.
